- My name is Nellie Deutsch and I am a high school EFL teacher to speakers of Hebrew and other languages. I am also a doctoral student of educational leadership specializing in curriculum and instruction at the University of Phoenix online. I am researching instructor use of web 2.0 tools in blended learning environments in higher education. In my free time, I help educators become aware of the value of integrating web 2.0 tools for instruction and learning. I am doing this on a voluntary basis because I am passionate about learning and would like to see e-learning available and free worldwide.
